RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
For any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase with Little Wave Swimwear, you have 10 business days from the date of purchase to get in contact with us to begin the return or exchange process.
All sale items are non-refundable.
Your Item/s must be in original condition and must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. All tags, hygiene protection and packaging must remain intact. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as possible (& with knickers) to ensure you are able to return the items under our returns & exchange policy. Please ensure you include the Order # with your returned item/s, this number can be found in your Order Confirmation email.
Once we have received your returned items, they will then go through quality control to ensure the product is in as new condition. Once this has been confirmed you will receive your new exchanged item/s or the refund of the purchase price as per your payment method at point of sale.
We will do our best to process your exchange or refund ASAP, but sometimes we may come across delays – so please allow up to 10 working days for our returns & exchange policy to be carried out. Don’t worry, we will keep you in the loop – you will receive status updates via email.
Please be advised that we do not refund shipping costs unless quality control advises us that your items are faulty. Exchanges will also be resent at your own cost. Little Wave Swimwear are not liable for any loss of item/s during the return period & recommend using a trackable form of postage.
